Czech product received and not validated license from Microsoft !!

Delivered in a blister while writing produced in the Czech !!!!
Unable to activate Microsoft "nest no products associated with this key"
In doubt.
i contacted Microsoft on the phone after checking the key:
"This key is active, but no product key associated with this nest !!"
I'm sure I ordered on "Amazon.com," "Family Office 365 - 5 PC or Mac + 5 tablets / Ipad - 1 year subscription (activation card)"
and not a blank Czech Invalid Product at Microsoft!

Microsoft disputes the product received, and referrals on the seller must return the product and do with them live, and the seller is LuroNStore scrolls ............ !!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AT THIS SELLER ............ !!!!!!!!!!!
