Hi Ai bought this product 15/11 and found that one of the three CPL messing (ETH light always on even if no cable connected and never goes into sleep) .ai contacted Netgear who dared to want me to pay fees back of CPL.Je just saw that I exceeded the pure delay a return / exchange via Amazon, the problem with the cost of return anyway been même.Donc material produced at low cost (made in china) with obviously a bit picky quality control to avoid. Of course, impossible to have a manager in such from Netgear (For the record I had a problem with a Seagate external drive that has all taken care of without fuss, impeccable service in the States with a French speaker who was to show me the point of the relay closer to home)
