Nokia is back!

The operating system:
Windows Phone 8 seems to me very lunged, after almost 2 weeks of continuous use, I could not notice any problems.
Everything is nice and smooth (most stable), I had been once a crash with a third-party app.
Otherwise you will find in the store all the apps you could need: Whats App, Skype, Drop Box, Facebook, Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office, etc.

GPS / navigation apps from Nokia:
Succeeded I find the Nokia Apps around the GPS function - navigating in Vienna on foot took me everywhere.
City Lens showed all points of interest, and is linked with the Nokia Maps so you can navigate the same way.
The Navigation App for the car I have not tested.

Hardware:
I am really impressed and have to say that Nokia got a nice piece of industrial design has created, apart from Apple, I think they are the only ones making something own and thereby distinguish designmäßig from the competition.
The housing is made of plastic (polycarbonate) which, however, very high quality acts and feels the same way compared to my Iphone 4S I find the material from Nokia even more enjoyable. The material is on His way kind of nice "soft".

As for the reaction time everything is fine, really practical, I find that you can operate the display with your fingernails or even gloves (extra unpacked). In the winter I will be grateful if I have hands does not make for extra-free phone.

Switching to this phone.
He was even once vieeeel easier than I had imagined, MS and Apple have indeed both only too happy propritäre protocols, file formats, etc.

Facebook, Google and so on are all nachtlos integrated into Windows Phone 8, I chat in Facebook and do not even notice that I use Facebook.
Contacts are always online synchronized. Personally, I find it to be very convenient that you can merge so all accounts on a single.
The full access to iCloud but not work for me (is also Apple only), iCloud emails work great!

Sync with my Mac:
A small app you can load through the App Store, which performs its service insofar very neat.
Backups etc. are halted only in the cloud with Windows Phone 8 from her only music and video is always synchronized.
Access to the Mac list certainly works do not even know what I did not find that great. But luckily I synchronize my contacts yes regularly with my Google account and sync anyway now only via the cloud. Sync with Outlook works! Conclusion:
As far as I'm very happy with my new Lumia 920, I feel both the operating system and the design as very successful.
Although I already also have to say that some things simply have to be refined, for example, sometimes you still have to "crawl" in submenus instead that MS could easily integrate a button. But apart from that I can give nothing negative from me, so 5 stars from me.

If you want away from Apple and Google to try what I can put the Lumia 920 (much cheaper than the 925) very warmly.
It looks very nice, is processed properly and has a decent operating system (which still must be refined).
The operation via Metro tiles I find innovative and it makes me personally just fun :)
