UPDATE:
I had this lamp rated originally with 5-stars (see below). After almost 2 years it has begun to flicker and broke down. Of the 15,000 hours they reportedly held just by 2,000 hours. That's ridiculous. As a substitute I looked at the LE 10 Watt ultra-bright E27 LED lamp, replace 60W bulb, warm white, E27 LED bulbs bought and find the light much better than that of Osram. The LE 10 watts is not as white and comes to a "normal" 60-watt bulb next. How long the LE will hold 10 watts, of course I do not know, but I just hope that it will be more than 2,000 hours. An Osram I'm going to not buy in any case.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
The Osram LED Star Classic A60 10W shines brighter than a 60W bulb. But the light is clearly whiter than the normal 60W bulb.
I have long hesitated, because LED lamps were so expensive. But with the high electricity prices it is worth simply. With 15,000 h lifetime so you can save 750 kWh per hour 0,050 kWh over the entire lifetime. That's nearly 200.-.
However, one should bear in mind that LED lamps over time lose their brightness and for example, this lamp from Osram at the end of their lifetime has only 70% of its original brightness.
The delay can be neglected. I guess 0.1 second. Absolutely minimal. And if the lamp is still hot, there is no delay when turning on the light again.
Noise makes the lamp on skin no. And I have very good ears.
CONCLUSION:
Super light, very bright, unfortunately clearly "white" and therefore not as comfortable as a standard bulb. I find it ideal for kitchen, study, bathroom, hobby room and hallway. I find right above the dining table, the light to "white".
Absolute buy recommendation.
