The Wild Turkey "Aged 8 Years" is in my opinion no worse than the 12-Years variant or the Rare Breed; maybe some wild and not so gentle. But he's worlds better than the normal 101 and the favorable Wild Turkey Bourbon. So rather invest a few more EUR, for the pure (in the truest sense of the word) Bourbon captures experience with WT on only at the 101 8-Years. In addition to the Elijah Craig 12Y of Wild Turkey 8Y mE the best Kentucky Straight Bourbon is in this price range. "101 US" Proof is the way to 50.5% alcohol. Another tip: the Wild Turkey 8Y you get as a 1L bottle, which is then again cheaper.
