I bake quite regularly Cake Pops and had previously used environmentally friendly paper stems from Birkmann. With the stems of Lékué I kept the problem (regardless of whether I use chocolate or glaze), that the Cake Pops not properly adhere to the stems and fall back to the part. In the stems of paper I had never this problem. While these are a bit more expensive, but I'm going to spend the money again from now.
