Canadians and Americans publish interesting books, with serious information and original recipes, it is regrettable that we had to wait for the translation (when done!) To have access to these publications. Dietitians of Canada have had the good idea to create a news site, they regularly publish books well made, none of that exists among us, it is a pity!
