With SKPAD charger, you have an electric adapter to charge two USB devices at once. And it is very convenient. Contrary to what one could write other Amazon customers, I have had no problems to plug my adapter into the power outlet when the outlet is properly "unfolded" and activated safety click.
Regarding the function cigar lighter, it works perfectly. I used my GPS device by connecting it to the cigarette lighter, not by the cigarette lighter but with the USB cable I usually use for the computer while charging my phone.
