Not one fly in the ointment!

Not a second of boredom and after listening to you constantly have one or the other of catchy Melodoen on the lips. Fantastic! I'm actually rather no friend of the American mainstream rock. But among these groups were the stocks with good melodies - whether ballad or Fetzer - usually distributed very sporadically over many albums. Not so with the two albums Survivor "When seconds count" or "vital signs". Here chasing a Super-tune the other. No sound, no title superfluous.

Great singing, great instrumentation, fantastically produced (Ron Nevison with Frank Sullivan !!!). Even the competition recognizes the songwriting skills of primarily Jim Peterik without envy. I came to Survivor on the CD "Los Hombres Malo" of the Outlaws, grossed on these three tracks of Jim Peterik. What here - although well - maybe a little out of place was (Peterik writes halt any Southern Rock), but found my interest. I was excited at first. And John Wetton, even an almost brilliant songwriter (Asia!), Jim Peterik describes as a "writer of a song on a million". This can only agree.

This CD is amazing, everyone - no matter what genre it comes - should make an attempt, he will not regret it. Toll!
