I use two Bose SoundLink outdoor installations (meditation & yoga classes) and now wanted the ultimate system with even more sound pressure (which I suggested the huge dimensions of the housing Philips plant). However, following lack points in this investment: The instruction manual is an A2 giant poster with 12 languages ... very great, unreadable ... So in the instructions "To charge the battery until the Power On LED white lights .... the lights at me after 3 days !! nonstop cargo still red. Conditioning works but .... come. However, when the volume on the phone (I use a iPhone4S) to zero controls, makes for ca 5 sec. a noticeable hum in the speakers. Any blutooth problem. Also, the channel change brought nothing, always the buzz. In direct comparison with the Bose SoundLink I was surprised. The Bose brings crystal-clear highs and a rich bass. On the heights Philips comes close to the bass not! That was the surprise of the day for me. I then sound check done with a fellow musician again, same result, even for him. Conclusion: Price is good, sound mediocre, disrupted radio transmission
Update: The battery does after 2-3 hours Music limp. Probably the charging circuitry is disturbed?
