In the case of the Nexus 9, this effect is so severe that you can not assume, after a few days to be rid of this peculiarity. Therefore, I made the decision, also because of a "creaking" back that tablet again to send back.
Given that Amazon selling the 16GB - variant stopped and released later, I assumed that this error no longer occurs or is kept within an acceptable framework.
Today then brought the Amazon package from the post office, unpacked, turned on, shut down, re-wrapped and sent back. The Clouding / Lightbleeding was at the same locations as in the specimen from the Play Store. However, I had the impression that there was something more here. Is subjective. However, the rear got stuck this time.
All in all, I am absolutely delighted with the performance of the Nexus 9. Very quickly, Android 5.0 makes what finally ago and since the last update, the cache is no longer fully eats well (previously were manual restart of the day).
Therefore, I find it a great pity that such processing defects mar the experience ever so much.
I would therefore ask Amazon, should a revised / additional hardware Pad / -Charge be in stock, but to tell all "back channels". I think I'm not the only one who still want to buy a Nexus 9, as long as the said shortcomings.
Best regards
