The lens is incredible ... I have so far mainly made indoor shoots and aperture 1.4 to max. 2.8 photographed. The sharpness is incredible, even with 1.4. At 2.8 and the edge is really sharp.
I would now used for portraits, a 85mm (KB), but so far I've done all the portraits with the 23er (35mm KB).
The only downside to the objective: It is stuck to the camera! I have now still the 14er and 60s, which I hardly use because I just do not get down, so much fun making it. ;)
Okay, there are really 2 Disadvantages: The price is already very high, everyone must know himself. To me it was worth it. Moreover, I find the aperture ring to leichtgänig, my manual focus I always come back to it accidentally and disguise the panel. Must be something to practice.
I congratulate Fuji to the decision with the XF series to bring hochwärtige and fast lenses on the market!
