For those interested in the objective I would like to say one thing - no, it would not be worth this lens as a replacement for the Nikon VR 70-300er buying. For those who have not, however, telephoto lens or one that "only" goes up to 200mm, the lens I can happily recommend.
Figure It is technically comparable to the 70-300er VR.

A short compared to the two:

70-300er VR
+ Stable
- Longer design, therefore be careful that the lens will fit in your pocket or stay on the body in the bag can
- Significantly heavier

55-300er VR
+ Easy
+ Small (fits in my little pocket where it is screwed on my D5000)
+ VR I could not compare - these causes here for me little miracle
+ Grosserer Wide makes it for me "Immmerdrauf"
- Not as stable
- Rotating front element
- You can not intervene manually in the AF

I am not a professional, at least you can take pictures with the lens so together with the D5000 just in automatic mode, as if one had a compact. For me the pictures at 300mm with VR and really low light (at dusk) is so crisp.
As with the minimum focus distance is 70-300er with 1.5m unfortunately somewhat large.

I would buy me at any time.
