Expensive light with only short-lived

Although advertised with a very long service life of ........ hours before buying, I can in no way recommend this LED light. Unfortunately, this LED light was shortly after half a year life their "spirit" on. It fell at the same time from a plurality of LEDs so that the light from the lamp was just very dark. Turning to this defect to the seller, it is assumed that the light is used to the buyer possibly even dropped or scandalized somewhere or not in the "right" lamp. Furthermore, reference is made to the burden of proof after half a year, after which the buyer must prove that the defect already existed from the beginning. How can the buyer ever prove ??? There is no redemption, exchange or reduction etc. Expensive lamp for 1/2 year!
Had this light originally purchased for my nearly 86-year-old mother and her have now fallen, soon prefer to use an ordinary light bulb, as it can for the price of these expensive-saving lamp consume many kWh-Hour Energy.
