I bake now already since 1/2 year himself and bread as these are always very helpful in Gärkörbchen.
Before I purely put my bread in the basket, it is eingemehlt. Taking just flour, it can happen that sticks the bread. I take very little flour and a lot of potato starch. So that everything is nicely rubbed. After the fall of the dough onto the sheet my Gärkorb is almost dry. The strength does not absorb water and therefore the dough does not stick. I bake mainly wheat and rye bread and in this basket fits only 750g - 800g at most pure. I bought 2 of the same kind, because I so get on 1 sheet. In round shapes has its difficulties as so.
To clean: a little guide is. I always knock the rem. Flour or brush it off. Then the residual heat from the oven (100 ° C) and everything is clean for the next time.

Now my Gärkörbe are almost 3 years old. Despite constant use they still look like the first day. Hab so when buying everything right. Oh, I have specially bought for cleaning a brush. Thus it is more thorough and faster.
