The only difference from the FX-85DE plus is that the FX-82DE is operated plus a R03-AAA battery and has no solar cell. This was one of the reasons for purchase, as it requires no special button batteries, but can use conventional AAA batteries, which are mostly already in the household for me. However, to be resolved at the back and therefore the calculator to be completely disassembled to replace six small screws. This is true for the other calculators FX also series so, however, this holding of the solar cell due to many times longer. Practically a small flap to replace the battery would have been, as you know from remotes.
