So yes, when my first was traded to Peax SAV against a Peax 2, I was happy. I discovered today is that apart from well known and documented failures (if my power button down on the Peax), the service is useless, and only pick up the phone, reset settings and reinstall the Roma, I have already done myself, twice!
At this price, a quality we would expect: plastic finish, GPS very inefficient, too short performance for big plays and battery whose life down visibly force recharging.
But when you also to a service that does nothing for visibly defective phones, there is only one thing to do, change brands !!!
Avoid Wiko, really. It was nice to think that a brand "French" could offer a viable alternative in the smartphone market but obviously, apart from one aggressive positioning, they do not provide the means.
