Like many of us, I tend to read the reviews before I launch into a trilogy, and the ones I read about this first volume intrigued me. Despite a strong sense of déjà vu at times, I found the gripping story, interesting characters. However, I missed more material, I wish I felt more tension between the hatred and attachment born ... I found generally well written but too short, not really the time to attach to s characters. I await all the same the next !! (Paper version of course)
