(I personally use the mouse Logitech Performance MX I love: it is she who will serve as my basis for comparison). This wireless mouse Mad Catz only works with one AA battery: it contributes to its lightness. The switch on the mouse extends the battery life (which seems to last for several months if it is used little and several weeks for intensive use). Can not be recharged via a cable: changing the battery directly. I find a little hard to handle switch (nail biting refrain!). The grip is less comfortable than the Logitech. Although the part for the palm of the hand is adjustable to desired length, the mouse is relatively flat (and I prefer the most curved mouse that I find most relaxing). Using different media poses no problem (even on a tablecloth fabric: as the mouse is very light it glides well - no I'm not the comment of irons Calor!). Multiple buttons are configurable via a downloadable application: the "basic" function key combination, everything is possible (those using professional software or players who want to act quickly will find their account). Installation is simple via the dongle that stows under the mouse (direct use wirelessly without using the dongle did not work on my laptop Acer yet very recent but I do not know if it comes from the mouse, PC or me!). I have not encountered problems jerks evoked by other buyers (but tested only on cell so close to the mouse).
He still has a few things that upset for a mouse to 100: - The "plug" the battery compartment gives an impression of fragility in its handling, which is a shame for a part to be handled regularly. - The dongle is not easy to go out and even less to store under the mouse (it has meaning and little space to handle it). - The price! 100 is to misuse for an object that will cause them to fall (and suffer the wrath of the losers in the mayhem ...).
In the end, a good mouse design "different" (we like it or not like), very light (we like it or not like), having good durability on the management of energy, easy to use ... but I prefer my MX Performance which did the same (and even better) in much cheaper!
