After almost 3 months ripped a hose and could not even be repaired (in conventional garden hoses you cut off a piece and bolted those new to the couplings). Furthermore, the unions were so constantly moist, not tight. So an e-mail to the seller because it is not and not even be reached by phone today (it runs an AB, which is not to reach the store today).
The Erstzlieferung came quickly (3 days) and to my delight, they had the product changed little, so now couplings were doing to be able to connect other devices. The amended design now has the problem that it always contracts of itself as soon as you take water out of the hose. This is normal and would by max. 2 weeks pass - said the seller. After about 2 weeks the problem no longer existed, but relaxed casting looks different ... The connections were again damp and I wrote the seller again. I should tighten all connections again, dismantle the shower attachment and screw together again ... One can imagine of what success was crowned the whole. The couplings are within a short time easily crumbles (at the orange brand products I have never experienced something like that).
After nearly another 3 months the hose was broken again (this time were 2 holes in the hose) - Repair again excluded. A use was therefore no longer possible (quite annoying when the dry summer and autumn - my beds were quite dried up). So try again with the seller to contact. Phone does not work, because there is still running the tape. So e-mail with a picture of the defective hose. No Reply. Another mail. No Reply. Mail to Amazon. Finally then came also the contact with the seller.
Seller wanted picture of the defective hose, so resent an image. No Answer. One more question to the Seller. Retailers wanted to know which of the tubes is broken now.
After more than 14 days last the spare tube was sent! My garden was thrilled. And me too! In this delivery, there was only a clutch which can be connected to the Wasserhanh, a second to be plugged into the shower to be able, was missing. So was it was just like I used to connect again impossible. So mail with image to seller. Answer: "The clutch is usually not part of the delivery and the bolted connection ind the nozzle must be out screwed, it would be a Pack error which may occur singly, the hose should be screwed always directly on the tube due to the water pressure." I wrote then, the in the last replacement yes, this coupling were present. Answer: "Why then do not use". Because this (as already described above) after a short time quitierte their service. I asked the seller to take back the goods and to reimburse me the money.
Answer: "Oh, we did not know, we supply spare". After a further 7 days I got the spare coupling.
For the whole process, countless telephone contact attempts and more than 10 e-mails were necessary.
Conclusion: I would not buy the hose again, neither at this seller nor elsewhere. The product is simply not sophisticated enough, I would prefer to equip a conventional good 1/2 inch tubing with the orange connections and could with a broken hose itself repair vornehemn without all mail traffic, the wait and the displeasure.
