The role is to make super suited to Faszientraining. The DinA3 leaflet enclosed which includes warm-up and home exercises that you can gewönnen to dealing with the role or is easy to use as a daily short-fascial training. For me it was crucial for the purchase that the role is cheaper than the Blackroll and probably exactly the same can. I am completely satisfied with the role :-) (small Markel is initially the smell of plastic, but which fades over time)
