I wanted to try a ceramic-coated pan ever want, because such pans can be heated stronger than conventionally coated and the Teflon coating is suspected to be carcinogenic.
See the Beem-pans with its white interior coating of very chic. The visual impression is disturbed only by the fact that the handle was riveted to the pans and therefore two studs protrude to the inside of the pans. This is a rather old-fashioned, primitive solution, because at these rivets accumulates on permanent oil and dirt, which is difficult to remove.
Processed really noble the pans are not, but that expected at this price probably nobody. In one pan, the coating at one point is slightly darker, either only color failure or the coating is thinner at this point.
Roast can be excellent in the pans! The floors are indeed initially slightly arched, but this will change when heated. Teigspeisen (pancakes / hash browns) turn out well and will not stick to. Meat can be sear despite coating. The cleaning is done quickly and efficiently. Of course, the pans are not dishwasher safe.
For the price the pan set is absolutely fine. Via the life I still make any statement, but I will add a response if I have more data in this regard.
Now the Addendum after 4 months usage: The pans have decreased significantly! Meanwhile, hardly an anti-adhesion effect exists. The coating has been partially adopted, the pan bottoms are clearly curved, which does not get better even when heated. So, for all their love: Even the low price would be a waste of money here. There is simply nothing more than a really good pan, even if you have to pay to spend a little more money.
