I know Woll pans for about 10 years (plus titanium). I then switched to induction and needed for including ne-round high-pan. Top quality Fast and uniform heating up to the edge. The Titanverschweißung (coating) is damn resistant and best of what I know. Burning is simply impossible (burning yes - logically). The damn high heat storage ensures the best frying results-meat roasts! In all "thin pans" it cooks quickly and dries out pointless suffering. I use "wool" for many years in the commercial sector. Pan can not overheat in private households. The Titanverschweißung (real highly cut-resistant metal) smiles always in old freshness inside and out. Thus, interior and exterior cleaning problems. A wiping ... and away. ME for the price the best of what is currently available. To me Töpfe- and margins default for years nothing else in the kitchen. That stuff lasts forever.
