Previously, I had three years the Cherry Life Nano in use, with which I was extremely pleased. After their demise (I liked the desk and has since been a loose connection) now had a new mouse ago - and again a best in pricing midfield, so do not quite cheap. Since my Hama Roma fell after a long search then the eye that actually had everything I was looking for. Backward and Forward buttons on the sides, to an ordinary size. The soft keys sounded in theory very promising, which is why I decided finally for them.
Here arrived and installed (it makes a USB sensor yes automatically) but I had somehow from the very beginning to feel that the mouse either something "pursues" (800 dpi) or is terribly uneasy at a higher DPI setting, which also only be be corrected heavily in the mouse options. The direct comparison with my Cherry has the initial feeling then confirmed several times. I had no dropouts now though, but what brings me an imprecise mouse? This of course is to explain all very subjective and difficult, because we are talking here of nuances, but from the feeling that Cherry was easy to use "quiet", "pinpoint" and utterly enjoyable.
The soft keys are also to me personally sensitive since it happens sometimes that you accidentally left mouse button triggers because you can easily dump the finger. More bad than good so, despite pleasantly quiet clicking noises.
I should perhaps to say that I "have screen, might feel on a 15 is" a 21.5 - or 17 "laptop Yes another ...
Really excited I'm just the mouse wheel and the feel, everything else is great need of improvement for me ... It's a pity, but I will but look around now leiber again at Cherry or Logitech for a new mouse.
Edit: I now decided on the only slightly more expensive Logitech G400.
