I ordered this book to deepen my knowledge in the field of permaculture which is a technique undeniably interesting culture. I chose this book rather than another because the books from this publisher (Ulmer) are generally very well-built, accessible to a lot in terms of extension, and above all, very rich in concrete illustrations. I was very disappointed with this book only briefly fly over the main principles of permaculture without giving key information for anyone who wants to realize it in his garden. Moreover, the author speaks to permière person and virtually only from personal experience. He also advance (too) much on certain areas and states such as planting some shrubs in his garden because they soigneraient cancer (!!! ...). In short, reading, I had more like reading the work of a person who considers himself a guru in the field with ideas sometimes very limits rather an explanatory book of procedures and dedicated a novice applicant and public concrete information.
