I was looking for a small plant that can be discreetly integrated into the living area.
Now was my decisive reason to buy, the system should be able to play DVD's, so of something big old DVD player can disappear. Now I'm not the type who looks every day DVD's and so it does not bother me that the connection to a TV only via RGB or Video Out. The reproduction of the sound takes place here exclusively via the system.
I like to listen to and a lot of CDs or MP3 via USB. I had read myself to all recessions and stumbled repeatedly on the allegedly too loud drive. So I was unpacking and putting into operation by the very biased and expected the worst. But to my surprise, there was nothing unusual noted. Only when I turned, there was suddenly unpleasant sounds a good piece on a furniture of a famous Swedish manufacturer. Since this furniture is partly hollow built if thicker material is imitated, then give these components a wonderful resonance chamber. I have the system turn it to one of the belts and put a couple of vibration that were meant for speakers at the facility.
Somewhat confusingly was also a comment on the hearing from MP3 files, this I could not understand this has been written about the small screen and to the information not sufficiently shown. I sit about 3 m from the complex and can not read the display well, besides the title appears at the top along with the track number and then as with any CD playing the track number and the elapsed time. Those who want more information should turn on the TV to do so.
As for the sound, I was very surprised there are numerous settings to change the sound, which I will not go into here, because everyone also feels different. As for the volume, it limits system due to the small boxes of course set, I personally have not yet exhausted this to last.
Also the RDS reception at the house antenna is great, unfortunately the reception of the supplied wire antenna was not so great, but that may be due to my somewhat unfavorable living location in a valley.
Of course, there are also a few weaknesses in the device, as there would be: something short geratenen speaker cables, which do not just place be so extended, because here plugs are the same appropriate and not as usual terminal sockets on the speakers and the equipment.
My Conclusion
It is a really good small plant with extremely many functions that also looks great and all at a reasonable price.
