Scope of supply:
Listeners, (art) Leather Case, 6.3 mm - adapter, airplane adapter.
All in all satisfactory. An extension cord would, however, have been desirable. The 1.2m cable are ok for mobile use, but it is so far-fetched not to want to use the T70p also at the home system.
Processing:
Very good, though quite rustic. No significant deficiencies identified. The size adjustment is a little hakelig. The handset is expected to be almost indestructible.
Comfort:
Excellent. Skin-friendly upholstery, sufficient adjustment, rather little pressure force. Because of the latter the T70p but tends to slip in movement. It is not for the sport.
Insulation:
Satisfactory. Then you could pick out more and more downforce.
Requirements for the amplification:
Almost zero. By low impedance and high sensitivity without any problems on iPod (European castrated) to operate. More efficient than a Shure SRH 840. The use of a Fiio E17 brings no benefits.
Sound
Bass:
Rather slim but deep-reaching and well contoured. Much faster than me so far known Beyers. Double bass attacks with Metal (here: Nightwish: "Ever Dream" - Finale) can be very well understood. But nothing for Bass Heads, for it then to amount missing.
In the middle:
Neutral, unobtrusive. Quite good representation votes. Could not detect any Dosigkeit
Height:
Here comes the snag: The infamous Beyer peak at 8 kHz. seems somewhat narrower bandwidth than the DT to be 880, it is quite strong music depends on whether he bothers. Annoying it was in Rush's "Presto" and Aztec Cameras "Highland, Hard Rain" - both right height heavy shots. On the other hand, blunt, highly compressed "modern" pop recordings by something "airy" and therefore edible.
Resolution:
Proposes the SRH 840 order lengths and is also better (also known as 600 ohms) when I got the DT 880 in memory. Although I still doubt if on the high peak is not a little trickery here.
Stage:
Small, compact, but in itself conclusive. Good separation.
Conclusion:
When the vote on the personal preferences fit, you get a technically excellent, well-made, comfortable to wear headphones, which is distinguished by its low gain requirements for a wide range of applications. The price of EUR 450, however, is more athletic and certainly not special (only therefore must satisfy 4 stars). A competitor would have the Shure SRH 940, which is tuned similarly, is less comfortable, is more easily processed, for better insulation and for half the price certainly provides more than half the quality.

Lookup: A week later, the ear pads have then probably adapted a little better on my skull. The insulation is now to be evaluated as "good". The bass is not as lean, but has lost none of its contour and pace. It remains at 4 stars, but rather tendency is upward than downward.
