Since about 2 years I take for our 6 cats and our Irish Wolfhound, Beaphar. All animals live with us in the house. The cats are often for hours great outdoors. If fleas are noticed on the animals, already are so many in the house, that treatment of the animals alone, is no longer sufficient. It must all rooms of the house, where to stay, the cats are treated. The fleas remain mostly just suck blood on the animals, then hiding in the house and care for offspring. About twice a year I spray every room of with Ardap. In the bedroom I would anyway have no animal because of the hair. So I have not mitbehandeln the bedroom. I spray in all corners, under the beds, etc .. Of course, no animals are more in the rooms. After about 2 hours I air for several hours. So far we have all this treatment well tolerated. The animals have no more fleas, although I was not applying Beaphar every month. In winter, every two to three months and in Sommen every six to eight weeks. The drug is very well tolerated by all and let it spread easily in the neck. It does not smell !! Of course, several days after the neck is greasy ... I want to fight the fleas or win a prize for good looks? Also have two long-haired cats here. I have given them earlier Frontline in the neck, they were gone after treatment for hours. That really stinks !! Flea collars, I would never use, for example. A friend of mine had bought for her cat times a. The cat has for days just passed, until I came up with the idea time, settle the collar. Then she felt immediately better. Some are now certainly say they would not spray Ardap ..... but it must be done against flea infestations. Imagine the humans and animals as a treatment twice a year already tolerated. Otherwise we are likely to keep us no more animals. But I would miss something. ;-)
