This little book is excellent to explain to children what politeness, what good is, what would happen if she did not enixtait. The book takes the form of small comics that depict situations (at the table with friends in the morning with the parents, when we want to talk to someone on the phone when we made a mistake). It shows the scene without politeness and the scene with politeness. The child realizes that politeness used to live better, to be listened to, to communicate and to respect others. He also learns the words and some common "code" of communication (including telephone). It focuses on behavior has and does not have according to the situation (when we broke an object for example). It's very well done and it's very educational. I read to my little 3 year old daughter by making references to everyday life and what she says every day (hello, thank you, goodbye etc), explaining that this is politeness. I take specific examples of daily life and moments she spends with her brother to link with the book and show well what is politeness. I hear repeated to her brother or her own "poitesse is hello, METI, ORView, sitepé" and I tell myself that it's definitely a good tool to explain politeness.
