Among the positive features (in my opinion):
- You can connect another source via RCA cable.
- The design is very appealing
- The processing seems to be also very good
- All cable lengths are for my computer desk more than adequate
- Volume and bass can be controlled separately
- The subwoofer is powerful and reaches the PC operation from loose
All this would actually be enough almost for a good evaluation, BUT:
The heights are beneath contempt: You always have the feeling that you had forgotten to take the heavy blanket from the speaker down. By contrast, no cure is also unfortunately grown. I tried all possible settings. In Winamp already raised all high frequencies in order for control to no chance, it is not even remotely decent sound out those things get to sound more high tones.
Please do not misunderstand: I'm definitely not predisposed audiophile, but I want to get a reasonably decent sound from the acquired equipment - And that does not seem to be possible here. It sounds like notebook speakers that have been enhanced with a useful subwoofer.
As long as this dilemma is not to get a grip, this 2.1 system is for me definitely a bad buy - no matter how cheap it was. If you have managed to get the high range for a conciliatory level, I would appreciate your comment and I am happy to correct my review and raise
