This flash (slave) is fully compatible and works perfectly with my canon 600d.
With the 600d is used remotely and without any additional device
Once mounted on the shoe of the camera: all functions can be set from the menus (included in the canon 600d)
The instruction is in English and it's a shame because I have the rummage on the web to find a French translation (unofficial)
Otherwise it looks well designed and robust enough, it really inspires confidence
