Great game but start very costly

Yesterday we presented the Tip Toi Birthday and thanks to a Rezenszion here, I knew that you still have to do something before using the PC. That, however, is so complicated I did not expect. You put batteries in the pen and tipt an enclosed note with start button. This is the TipToi starts. Then you close the TipToi to your PC using the included cable and should install the install.exe file to TipToi Manager. This did not work because there was none available install.exe, so I've been withdrawn by TipToi homepage. That went relatively quickly. Then you had to download the audio file for the Farm Book and only then it could go. I wonder what is making people who do not have the necessary PC knowledge and there is certainly grandmothers and grandfathers who have no PC at home and do not know that there's something has to be done? In this case, the recipient child can pin not use the same, but must wait until everything is installed. Would find it great if at least the enclosed product would be installed on the pen and could start immediately after inserting batteries. Therefore, a deduction of points for the product. Otherwise, we think it's great and all guests have listened carefully to what the pen has said. Our son (5) is excited, but today only the necessary rest to try to him alone.
