First of kudos to Hermes. We have agreed on a preferred date, the delivery should occur between 13.00 und 18.00 clock. 1/2 hour before delivery, we were informed by phone. The staff of Hermes were very friendly. For dryer can not much be told visually gives a solid impression. The smell described in some reviews is not present. The first load of laundry was dried as desired (mixed fabrics cupboard dry). The degree of dryness in the individual programs can be set separately
