The songs live on great melodies and the voice of Fran Healy, who could probably turn a recipe into a pop anthem.

It is advisable not pabulum, next to beautiful ballads like "Battleships" or "Closer" is also available for sale, showing the rock side of the band ("Selfish Jean", "Eyes Wide Open").

The lyrics are in the usual Quality: They are characterized by great honesty and simplicity from, are critically and analyzing ("3 Times and You Lose", "Out in Space") and cautiously optimistic.

Conclusion: A beautiful album with great melodies that both the beautiful as the sad moments of life provides the perfect soundtrack. 5 star is not enough!
