Sub D (VGA) Ugh, HDMI and DVI hui

First ahead, we are talking about the Acer S222HQLCBID I review here. I was a bit confused regarding. All over the different reviews and now I can also imagine why be so. Hab namely have always my Xbox360 via adapter cable SubD (VGA 15-pin) operated on my 17 "TFT and because the image was really good when I then to the new monitor with the same cable I was not really excited about joining.

About Sub D image was really milky white and one even saw lines in the picture which there should not be and also all somehow too grainy, definitely not really a good picture. Did the then connected via HDMI and then suddenly threw a crystal clear image as it should be and here the monitor shows what he can do.
My PS3 depends because even with it and via an HDMI -> DVI - cable and also there is a hell of image.

For this price range, the monitor is really great, but all the more dependent on Sub-D, because I would rather a recommendation else. Who has access to or HDMI / DVI and which I can only put the fond.

Oh if even those who, like goofy looking the power switch (which is not even described in the instructions which is) This is the great part exactly in the middle at the bottom of the monitor next to the small buttons on the left. Have 10 minutes needed until I found the thought namely that simply would just design thingy and did not think about it that is supposed to be a power switch
