After I placed my "first unit", for the purpose of search of the GPS signal on the roof of my car and drove off, I bought myself a new device "COYOTE Pocket Edition". The primary FR much thus to it after turning often could not connect with the GPS signal. I recorded with the hotline of the manufacturer contact, the device in accordance with instructions reactivated, unfortunately without improvement. After the device has been returned to the manufacturer, tested here, and as ok returned to me. Unfortunately, I realized that the device still does not read -or activate only under good Zureden- itself. One way was to take the device to signal search from the vehicle to hope! This led unfortunately to the device was lost. -see above- Convinced of the potential uses and the belief in the viability of a new device I bought spare. Now I realize that in my car builds this device can not connect to GPS. The manufacturer refers to possible problems with "tinted windows, built-up electronics etc.". Now I would not have to purchase a vehicle that works perfectly with the COYOTE. I am assuming that the device works perfectly in any vehicle. A leaflet with the reference to appropriate vehicles would otherwise helpful. Conclusion: The idea is good, but unfortunately it does not operate in all vehicles, is therefore totally inappropriate in some vehicles. Here BMW 5 Series !, What is missing is a powerful antenna for signal connection. This problem seems to be a general -immerhin, certainly known issue with my two tested equipment-. Summer is coming, I'm going to attempt to connect in my cabriolet. It would be nice then the manufacturer Note: without restriction in the open convertible available! So leave before buying the manufacturer to give the guarantee that the device in the vehicle to be used works fine! I'm still waiting for a connection ..........................
