As well as software and hardware reset brought no solution, gave me the nice man from the support uncertain terms, that the band had broken down, but of course, there would be exchanged within the warranty period free of charge. About the Telekom Shop I received after a lot of back and forth (the Telekom employee was trying to explain to me that I had "destroyed" the band, but left after call to intervention said Jawbone employee convince them otherwise) a brand new band, by the way of the revision series in which the mistakes of the old version were eradicated. After only 4 months more with the new band, the same mistakes and the same long face! I would like to remark that I have dealt with the tapes very carefully. They were exposed to water or moisture, suspended load and periodically synchronizes any physical strain or any other harmful effects.
