After a shooting week the rig dropped me right in the rush, two pieces have broken, the securing screw between the platform and the shoulder support and the plastic piece that allows the arm to extend place it on the shoulder. With my machinist watched the problem and no doubt add an against-weight in the back was a bad idea (Counterweight requested by the operator, 1 kg). After the change of the screw and repair of the plastic part, the rig is fully operational again. I bought it because inexpensive and ideal to go in rather tight areas (unlike other rig I own) and versatility (shouler rig, low shot, cage, etc ...).
My opinion: I do video board and beginners who do not want to ruin a pretty good result despite the fragility of some fairly significant element.
My advice: Take it very carefully to avoid problems!
