I cook, I like it and I found J. Oliver more specifically through its programs on kitchen +. I previously lent little interest in what he was doing. And I loved his way of cooking dishes every day, hence my desire to buy some of his books. After reading a lot of comments here and elsewhere I chose this book I left more and "Cook" by J. Oliver also. In short, simply written recipes achievable with many easy to find ingredients or that one usually has at home. I have done some already and frankly it's top. We find in the writing style videos or emissions J. Oliver, which makes, in my opinion, this book very readable. In short, I recommend. Cordially JP
