There are a lot of vegetable juice recipes in magazines or in some books on smoothies: it is indeed fashionable. This book goes much further since it explains vegetable by vegetable juices effects on the body. He then gives the best drink juice associations to boost their health effects. Since reading this book, I invested in a juicer and I regularly drink vegetable juice, much better and more effective than artificial supplements. NB: use only organic vegetables, to not drink concentrates pesticides! Very good book to have in your pharmacy.
