I switched from iPhone 3GS to the iPhone 5S and I've just bought this adapter to still use the guitar effects processor "Digitech iStomp" can. The supplied cable has a connection when iStomp 30-pin end, but I need for the 5S a Lightning connector. The purpose of this adapter, I can now continue to load effects from the iPhone to the iStomp. The adapter is serving and I am satisfied so far. The pricing on the part of Apple, I find, however, for as an accessory wrong, although of course all Apple products are positioned in higher price regions.
