The keys and slide switch left but an inferior impression. They raced in the individual positions of a very weak, so you have to check whether the desired position has been set. The battery compartment can be opened only with a pointed object (eg, very small screwdriver).
The on / off switch for the alarm is combined with the snooze button, so you have to be careful when releasing the snooze function, that one has the alarm completely off.
The time display is beige in daylight. At night you have to by the snooze button to activate the backlight (it automatically after 5 seconds again), then the display is matt white on dark blue. Unfortunately, one can hardly see the numbers in normal room lighting (floor lamp or table lamp). In addition, the front consists of a highly reflective plastic disc.
It can be set only one alarm.
Conclusion: My old Braun watches DB 12 from 1992 is better in every way by a mile ...
PS There is the alarm clock also in a smaller (BNC008) version as well as a clock radio (BNC010).
