Graphics: I like good overall. The wrestlers are pretty well animated. The audience I see a little increase in demand. Arenas and trappings is fine, but there also is something else. 4 of 5 stars.
Sound: The soundtrack on the menus and selection of music meets my taste pretty good. But in the end is a matter of taste. Commentators speak English, which atmospherically fits very well. The ring sounds also fit very well. There nothing to complain about. 5 of 5 stars.
Size: Very large, in my view. There are many game modes, the match gewonnten species, many Sondermatchvarinaten z. B. Hell in a Cell, special referee, Battle Royal, Fartal 4-Way etc. I especially like here the Royal Rumble mode.
There are a lot of wrestlers. In addition to the current Rooster can be again about 20 wrestlers (estimated) play freely. Since you can always find something. In addition to the simple game modes and the Attitude Era (a kind of campaign that I describe below), there is still the WWE world and the online mode. So scope are clear for me 5 of 5 stars.
3 things that I particularly liked in the game:
1. WWE Attitude mode: You play there after matches that found within the Attitute Era real place. I especially like that many matches are complemented by original video material to initiate or to wind down. Since the matches are back already some time, you will be so again brought really nice "up-to-date".
For younger fans of course that is practical, so you get with some of what has been found in front of their own time instead. It is also very good, that you can play there a lot free. In order to move forward in the campaign, you only need the main objectives. If one wants a little something to play freely, so you should make the match after the historic bonus targets. This can be, for. Example, the required use of weapons or certain finishers. Or you have to defeat the enemies within a time period, bringing its loss on a certain level, etc.
2. Unlockable stuff: Is in particular good for the long-term motivation. In the Attitude Era, but also in other game modes, different things can be unlocked. That's a lot and keeps a nice at the bar. You can to name a few examples, among others unlock wrestlers such. B. Bret Hart, Dude Love, or Road Dog. Also there are new arenas, new titles, alternative outfits and real Bonus Matches.
3. The creation of arenas, wrestlers, etc.
One has the opportunity to own arenas, wrestlers, etc. Move Sets create. This really makes a lot of fun. The design of an arena can be made in many different details for. Instance. These include the design of the ring, the floor around it, the ramp, the comment doors table, if you have a free event or a hall, lighting, etc. With all the things you can choose from great many examples, patterns etc.. Thus, each arena is unique. The design of the wrestlers is also very individual. For every situation in the fight you can choose from a large number of moves. The optical design also offers many opportunities. I initially tried very late these things, but now have all the more enjoyable. Really a round thing.
Negatives:
What I do not like so much the Backstage Brawl. That's for me, unfortunately, everything was a bit small and limited. The wrestlers are severely limited in the rear area. Many Moves can not be executed properly. Actually, the mode is a great idea, but the implementation does not like so much. Since even a whole lot more going.
Conclusion:
Overall, the game gets full marks from me. For me as a wrestling fan who wants to gamble every now and then just once a round on the console absolutely right. A bit of a shame are the weaknesses in Backstage Brawl. But since I can see well over it by the good Attitude mode and the high long-term motivation by many unlockable items and the great design option.
