On the one hand, it is indeed strange to hear Pennywise with other singing voice, but the sound is quite typical Pennywise.
But no matter, Pennywise have done everything right. One can clearly see that the now elderly gentleman still have funny thing, otherwise you would have the band after the departure of Jim just can dissolve well. But no, Pennywise shows it again all, brings with Zoli Teglas one of the best singer of the punk genre to be on board, and manages to convince with "All Or Nothing" not only all critics, but also one of the best and most impressive deliver albums the band's history.
