I bought this model at the hardware store, this brand-new batteries. In the first 10 minutes after inserting the batteries, the light did not turn off. It only moved between bright and brighter. Then it went off suddenly and then let himself off a /. Unfortunately, the batteries were in the off state the next day empty evening. So not at all useful.
