In my search I came across this set of eyelead encountered and the Pentax Lollypop had in their sights.

So I took the cardboard again on hand to get some more information from the manufacture and stumbled a German Quick Start Guide.
After I went through the manual I've tried it on my Canon 350D, Canon 7D & 5D Mark III.
Previously, I have the stamps / handling the swab on a supplied adhesive sheets practiced in order simply to get a feel for it and the swab to clean.
Conclusion:
Overall, I went over both cameras twice about it and am convinced by the result
