Well it's really a nice helmet, with real bass, no need to put a program to have, at least with this one you get what you pay for ... I bought it at 16.99 euros there 2 days ago and today I takes another for my wife to 19.99 euros for sports. It fits comfortably behind the ears, there are 3 kinds of nozzles, an explanatory booklet and a small USB cable, so pretty full and at this price there is nothing wrong.
I advise you rub off your phone and turn it back on to the helmet freshly PAIR easier and you will see that it will be recognized without problem by Bluetooth.
If you need a headset with sound and make (or not) of sport, I highly recommend the MPOW CHEETAH !!!
