To fit and design:
The Philips earphones sit because of the pad and the ability to adjust the strap to the size and to fold the ear cups, comfortable. Against ambient noise they seal off sufficiently. The earcups get laid and fold, so that the folded headset is compact and well stowed. Visually find the white / silver combination contemporary and appealing.
For sound:
The sound is - to my mind and my taste - very good. The basses are clearly and dynamically, but not overly strong. The sound overall is clear and differentiated. There considering the Preiskatergorie nothing to complain about.
For functionality:
The headset has a microphone integrated in the cable with a pushbutton. The button allows (tested with a Sony Xperia S smartphone) answer and end calls by briefly pressing. If no call is received or is active, the button can be used to set the music player to pause or resume playback. Two short prints skip to the next song, long press on the Google voice recognition a. The functions for other phones are possibly others. What is missing, unfortunately, is a way to change the volume directly on the headphones.
The voice quality when using the microphone to call is predicted by the "opposite" properly.
Conclusion:
A headset that lets you probably doing wrong in this price range nothing.
