The tagliatelle I find just great. With a delicious (and of course healthy ;-)) sauce, it's almost like having proper noodles. You have to wash the noodles only rriiiiichtig before cooking well. Otherwise they smell something. Taste is actually neutral. The Shirataki Rice I find, however, getting used to. Although the bottom line is the same. But when rice can just do not see.
