However, I can not say positive things about the Air. Clear the processor is faster. It has been running significantly faster in certain situations. But you'd expect from a successor. The weight is much more pleasant, especially if you have to carry around the part often. An improvement are the buttons. These all feel much better.
Otherwise, I am rather disappointed. If you take knocks on the display or when scrolling tapping the Fingenagel, affects all like a cheap Plexiglas which is hollow underneath. The whole Ipad vibrates. The 4-there was clearly more massive and feel better.
Another criticism is probably the most thin casing. In my opinion, it could have been quietly 2mm thick. Thus, you have to make compromises in speaker. Also this was the 4-much better and more voluminous. This iPad goes back now because the speaker creaks in certain tones and overturns. I hope that this is not the case with the replacement device. Otherwise, I'll still have me back my friends with 4p. Not acceptable at such a manufacturer and price ....
All in all, I was the iPad 4 a lot more excited than this part. Apparently solles even be worse when Air 2.
Can So each of 4 owners advised not to upgrade, if you do not necessarily look at the weight or to be bothered because it often drags through the area.
** Addendum **
- The speaker problem seems well to be present at almost every Ipad. In normal operation, and listening to music does not perceive. However, I've found it in a variety of games. Could the problem only to solve, where the volume is regulated down at the games. Toll Apple! What makes a flatter Ipad with stereo speakers when certain sounds can reflect rollover free not scratch or ^^
- Significantly stronger Backlight bleeding! This I had with my iPad 4 null. Through the thinner case and no longer as strong windscreen that's no wonder. One has only to press the black border of the display and you increase the halos! A continuous black image is therefore no longer available. Anyone who would like to test me, just load a black screen and turn the backlight up. It's frightening what you get there partly to see. Even at half backlight I see it. One feels already like at the TV Group.
My conclusion: Apart from the weight is on this iPad pretty much all bad as its predecessor! You should reconsider your policy and strategy you urgently.
